Reservations must be made by September 3 to receive the group rate. Obviously, it will
be economical to room with a colleague / friend.

Registration (2004 only):
Registration for the conference can be completed online, including payment by credit
card. This is the first year that we are using this new system. Please provide us with
feedback regarding the ease or difficulty of registration.

memberships. Membership includes a subscription to the Journal of

Membership in the Academy is also additional. Membership is for a calendar year (January
to December) and includes a subscription to the Journal of

Student Scholarships:
A limited fund in memory of the distinguished ecumenical work of William Jerry Boney is
available to support the travel of students to this conference. A letter of nomination
from an NAAE member, as well as a letter of application from the student should be sent to
the NAAE President, the Rev. Dr. William Peterson, before July 1, 2004.
