  • The Columbus Airport Marriott accepts online reservations. Please click here to make a reservation. Online reservations use an encrypted transmission to ensure security of credit card data.
  • Reservations must be made by September 3 to receive the group rate. Obviously, it will be economical to room with a colleague / friend.

Travel arrangements:

  • Transportation to and from the airport is provided by the hotel.
  • Driving directions are available from various internet map services.

Registration (2004 only):

Registration for the conference can be completed online, including payment by credit card. This is the first year that we are using this new system. Please provide us with feedback regarding the ease or difficulty of registration.

The NAAE online Registration page also provides an opportunity to renew annual memberships. Membership includes a subscription to the Journal of Ecumenical Studies.

Registration fees:

All fees are in US dollars.

Lodging is additional, and requires separate reservation with the hotel (see above).

Membership in the Academy is also additional. Membership is for a calendar year (January to December) and includes a subscription to the Journal of Ecumenical Studies. Membership can be completed with the registration. See the NAAE membership page for further details.

Student & Fixed Income rates:
Student & Special membership is for students in an accredited degree program, retirees, and those with fixed-incomes.

Student Scholarships:

A limited fund in memory of the distinguished ecumenical work of William Jerry Boney is available to support the travel of students to this conference. A letter of nomination from an NAAE member, as well as a letter of application from the student should be sent to the NAAE President, the Rev. Dr. William Peterson, before July 1, 2004.
